Since 1980, the Flint Women’s Forum (FWF) has been bringing together extraordinary women who lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact throughout Genesee County and beyond.
Founded through a generous grant from Ruth Rawlings Mott, our organization was built on the belief that when accomplished, passionate, and community-minded women come together, incredible things happen.
More than four decades later, that mission continues to thrive!
The Flint Women’s Forum is a dynamic network of women from diverse professions, backgrounds, and experiences who share a commitment to leadership, professional growth, meaningful connections, and community involvement.
Through engaging educational programs, inspiring speakers, networking opportunities, and community partnerships, we create an environment where women can exchange ideas, celebrate achievements, support one another, and grow both personally and professionally.
We believe in opening doors, creating opportunities, building friendships, and empowering the next generation of women leaders.
